Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of receiving the order. In some cases, if the order is placed it's possible, we may ship it the same day. However, please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location.

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will initiate a UPS claim process for damaged goods. To ensure a smooth claim process, please provide clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
Please note that damaged items must be reported to us within 7 days of delivery. We are unable to accept claims for damages after this period.
5. Shipping Delays
While we strive to ship all orders promptly, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. Once your package leaves our warehouse, shipping delays are out of our control. We encourage you to contact the carrier directly if your package is delayed.
